Job Details
We are now looking for a motivated, charismatic and hard working individual to join our business as our new Support Consultant. Your main responsibilities will include supporting our key accounts, proactively finding candidates that match their niche requirements. With a clear career path, you will be offered extensive one-on-one training to progress into a fully fledged Recruitment Consultant.

This role will be very fast paced with a quick turn around with delivery, which will require you to be on the phone a lot speaking with candidates across the world representing one of our key accounts.

We're an established (18 years since incorporation) yet smaller agency for the Information Technology technical and sales sector based in Woodley, Reading. We work with some of the largest IT organisations on the planet supplying them with highly skilled talent.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities for the Support Consultant will include (but not limited to):
  • Resourcing candidates for new positions, organising interviews and following up with feedback
  • Building a database of new candidates, this will include performing new business development, cold calling and creative online searches
  • Engaging with senior managers to build strong relationships, qualify new positions and attend business meetings

Skills required for the Support Consultant will include (but not limited to):
  • Ideally 1 year of experience within Sales/Professional Services
  • You must be a confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and face to face
  • Genuine desire to learn and succeed
  • Financially driven
