Job Details
We are now looking for a motivated, charismatic and hard working individual to join our business as our new Senior Recruitment Consultant. Your main responsibilities will include managing a variety of permanent/contract positions within the Information Technology sector, while maintaining and building a strong relationship with clients.

We're an established (18 years since incorporation) yet smaller agency for the Information Technology Technical and Sales sector based in Woodley, Reading. We work with some of the largest IT organisations on the planet supplying them with highly skilled talent.

Responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Consultant will include (but not limited to):

• Engaging with senior managers to build strong relationships, qualify new positions and arrange business meetings
• Resourcing new positions, organising interviews and following up with feedback
• Building a database of new Clients and Candidates, this will include performing new business development, cold calling and creative online searches.
• You must be a confident communicator to build a rapport quickly over the phone and face to face

Skills required for the Senior Recruitment Consultant will include (but not limited to):

• Proven experience of recruiting in a corporate and/or agency recruiting environment
• A track record of working in a sales target driven environment with proven billing history
• Experience of recruiting within IT/Technology Sales and Professional Services
• Excellent understanding of English language both written and spoken
• Financially driven and money motivated
