Optiv Security is largest cyber security firm in 2017’s Inc. 5000 list

Optiv Security has been named one of North America’s fastest-growing private companies after appearing in this year’s Inc. 5000 yet again.

The end-to-end cyber security solutions provider has featured in the list since 2007. It secured a mention in 2017’s list after growing by almost 75 per cent in the past three years and turning over $2 billion (£1.495 billion) in 2016.

This makes it one of only eight multi-billion dollar organisations and the largest cyber security company to make this year’s Inc. 5000 list.

Optiv Security was also ranked one of the top ten global security consulting provider in terms of revenue by Gartner in August.

Dan Burns, chief executive officer of Optiv Security, said his company’s repeated inclusion on the Inc. 5000 “underscored the value of our unique perspective and the efficiency and efficacy our clients realise from their security investments”.
