Job Details
Our client, a specialist in Identity Software is looking to expand their team. They provide their customers with a unique platform which will allow the customer to reduce costs, increase growth and security along with obtaining a competitive advantage - these are all achieved through a unique and tailored identity solution provided by our client.

As part of their growth, they are looking for talented Sales Development Representatives with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of exceeding targets through qualifying sales leads and targeting new enterprise customers along with scoping further opportunities within existing accounts. This role is based from the office but with professional development and training provided by the organisation, you will have the opportunity to progress into field sales and grow as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive will include (but not limited to):
  • Build strong relationships with partners and enterprise sales managers, generating meetings and qualifying sales leads
  • Engage with key decisions makers in IT security
  • To achieve and exceed targets and performance metrics set by the organisation
  • Maintain and expand your industry knowledge of IT Security

Skills required for the Business Development Executive include (but are not limited to):
  • Hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business success along with the ability to engage with C-Level clients
  • The ability to collaborate with the other departments such as sales and marketing to scope out any opportunities
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to rapid environments
  • At least 1-2 years within a similar role within IT sales
