What the role is about:-
We need entrepreneurial,  energetic Enterprise Sales Managers/ Sales Account Managers who can drive new sales in existing accounts  and allocated territories and develop new business at a high level.  You can shape the strategy to manage current account relationships and drive/develop new account relationships through product and process lifecycle for emerging market penetration and sales pipeline growth.
 
What you will be doing
  • Actively drive the sales and client penetration to achieve orders and revenue goals and target objectives.
  • Know what to do to close deals and demonstrate the sales ability to increase revenues by introducing complex concepts.
  • Confidently introduce and sell the BAE value proposition as a leading financial crime and compliance intelligence management solution
  • Support existing accounts whilst targeting new clients in the tier 1 and 2 enterprise financial services space.
  • Develop, prioritize, and articulate where and how BAE's AI offerings fit and add value to a client's environment.
 
This position requires flexibility for travel as needed, including overnight stays.
  
What we are looking for
  • Strong large sales experience and the commercial acumen to generate business, working at C level to drive solution and business proposals.
  • B2B IT Technology Solution Sales experience
  • A successful background of sales process, prospecting, forecasting, cold calling, closing business, and business planning.
  • Familiarity of how the banking system works particularly with Financial and Regulations technology would be very welcome with understand of the regulatory compliance and fraud detection industry highly desirable - but not absolutely necessary
  • "Make it Happen" mentality; An energetic, vibrant style, able to take initiative, multi-task, meet tight deadlines and succeed in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Solid all round communication skills with outstanding customer development and prospecting skills
  • Confident in a variety of settings, persistent and skillfull at overcoming obstacles
