Job Summary
 
BAE Systems Applied Intelligence are looking for an experienced Project Management to support a large portfolio of projects in UK Services. The individual will be working across key Commercial projects and programmes, providing the full range of project management support to senior Project Managers and Programme Managers. The scope of this role includes financial management, change management, risk and issue management and project planning expertise.
 
As part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team you will be working closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Leads and Delivery Directors to support delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.
 
  Key Responsibilities
 
Takes responsibility for the provision of Project Management Office  support to a variety of projects and programmes.
Creates and maintains project financial data and manage this throughout the project lifecycle. Recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects. Sets up and provides detailed guidance on project management tools, procedures, processes, tools and techniques.
Supports programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
May be involved in aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, and finance or configuration management.
Creating and maintaining project schedule and dependencies,
Point of contact for project team and communications,
Planning and managing the project risk management process,
Carries out other project management-related duties as required.
