The team is growing and as a consequence they require a Cyber Security Engineer who is accomplished in security engineering to plan, install and operate security systems within their infrastructure as well as take ownership in defending and improving their IT infrastructure and security platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer to be challenged across a range of cutting-edge technologies as they further develop and fine-tune their technical and the operational security platform; which they would be keen to see you impact. Additionally as well as driving best practise you will be accountable for simplifying and automating their cyber security infrastructure across data sources and reference data systems using Python. It is of real interest if you have utilised IBM security products previously or worked with SIEM tools similar to or Qradar previously. As well as contributing to continuous improvement you will be seen to take a lead and actively contribute to there on going Security Programme as well look to ways you can enhance their security infrastructure.

Cyber Security Engineer permanent profile required

Ideally seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with ideally least eight years' experience in security systems and infrastructure

Expert understanding of SIEM tools QRadar, Splunk, Resilient and Tanium.

Have accomplished technical abilities in security automation and particularly Python.

Have a good academic background having attained either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Have an open attitude to further learning and acquiring new skills and certifications.

Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.

Salary: 100,000 - 120,000CHF base salary + 30,000CHF bonus package.
