Solutions Architect - Optiv - Global Cyber Security Solutions Provider
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing solution architecture practice as a part of Optiv's European expansion. The role is focused on engaging with clients, understanding their business challenges and problems, and then working with the sales teams and services teams to develop solutions which meet the client requirements.

Headquartered in Denver in the United States, Optiv is pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy which includes rapid expansion in the European cyber security market. Optiv offers clients a full end to end cyber security solution capability. From strategy, advisory and consulting, through technology architecture and product selection, to ongoing managed services. Optiv works with a broad range of market leading vendors, and also has its own research and advisory teams who provide real world intelligence and views on the market and vendor landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- As the primary point of contact for all queries and engagement with the client from a technical or services perspective, you will be a key part of the team responsible for securing new and repeat business within clients, both existing and prospect, in pursuit of quarterly and annual growth, revenue and margin targets.
- You will work closely with the sales team, identifying, qualifying and developing opportunities. Ensuring that solutions developed are of high quality, deliver against client requirements, and are capable of being successfully delivered by the services organisation.
- Frequently engaging with C-Suite executives, the roles requires an ability to translate complex technical solutions and concepts into business language, and an ability to clearly articulate the value that solutions will bring to the client.
- You will be an experienced client facing security specialist. Ideally having worked in a Presales environment, with a technical background and up to date understanding of the cyber security market place.
- You will have the ability to create, from scratch, high quality written and presentation content in support of opportunities, and the ability to present to people across the business hierarchy with ease. Client engagement abilities that range from technical manager, through to C-Suite executive are vital.
- You will have experience in bringing together disparate technical products into an overall solution, and knowledge of consulting techniques and capabilities along with understanding and experience of managed security services.
