Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Group Security, with a dotted line to the APAC business leadership, this new role will be responsible for developing and implementing the group security strategy, policies, programmes and procedures, and drive their implementation and maintenance across the Asia Pacific operations and office environment. This role will have a particular focus on securing the supply chain, driving security awareness throughout the organisation, conducting investigations, travel safety and security and ensuring the relevant standards and controls are in place to secure the intellectual value and property of the company. Candidates must speak fluent English and Chinese and have a strong established network of security professionals and law enforcements contacts within the Greater China area. You should have ten years' experience in a responsible management position, preferably within a law enforcement or government agency in the region; and / or as a professional regional security manager. You will have worked and managed multiple stakeholders within a commercial multi-work stream, matrixed environments and have a familiarity with laws pertaining to investigation constraints and criminal law in Greater China.
