Job Description
Information Security Consultant required for market leading firm who are updating their cyber security function. This role will be mainly focused on security policy and standards.
Responsibilities:
• Compile current regulation frameworks and perform gap analyses on latest industry regulations
• Consult on and improve current policy and standards framework (NIST and NIS experience is advantageous)
• Consult on the implications of proposed policy changes and strategy
• Advise on legislation and regulation implications throughout the framework
• Advise on implementation strategy to achieve a high level of engagement across all parties
• Conduct security assurance activities
As an ideal candidate you will be CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC qualified. You will be able to work independently and be able to roll out a full transformation programme. Previous experience with major utilities providers and understanding of utility technology, such as CHP and smart meters is essential.
