Our client is one of the world's leading consultancies and providers of information security services. They are looking for an Identity & Access Management Consultant to deliver independent, jargon free advice and advanced technology capabilities to help exceptional private and public sector clients address sophisticated and targeted technology related risks to their operations. Working with the cyber security team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering complex and innovative solutions across a diverse range of commercial and government environments.

Key Accountabilities
  • Subject Matter Expert on IAM with broad experience as an analyst, controls tester and process implementation specialist on large to mid-size Identity and Access Management projects
  • Proven experience of managing IAM Projects with a deep understanding of risks, dependencies and critical success factors
  • IAM requirements gathering and experience in conducting requirement & design workshops
  • Excellent business and technical stakeholder engagement skills within the IAM project setting
  • A comprehensive understanding backed by demonstrable experience of implementing the IAM control set, including Segregation, Role Management, Attribute based access control and risk based authentication models, across people, process and technology levels
  • Ability to assist clients in reviewing the technical effectiveness of IAM processes and controls
  • Ability to link IAM controls to the Information Security Architecture to address the effective management of Insider Risk threat vectors
  • Understanding of mobile, digital and cloud security solutions and its impact on IAM design and architecture
  • Understanding of Customer Identity Management use cases and its mapping to key controls necessary to manage consumer identities
  • Developing an understanding of the businesses broader Cyber Security offerings and its linkages to Identity & Access Management solutions and propositions
  • Coaching and developing team members through sharing of experience and knowledge
  • Perform technical and architecture reviews for engagements and solution deployments
Required Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security) or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
  • Be a subject matter expert in the IAM space
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability in strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholder
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload to incorporate changing priorities
  • Delivering quality and striving for continual improvement
  • Strong planning, organising and decision making skills
