Reporting to the Global Head of Field Marketing FS, the role of Marketing Manager UKIMEA is to work closely with the Sector Sales Leads and teams to plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns.  You will be responsible for maximising the marketing investment in campaign activities including events, webinars, advertising, email marketing digital and social media.
You will be required to develop a UK, Middle East & Africa (UKIMEA) wide annual campaign plan which will be managed quarter by quarter.  You will work closely with colleagues in Central Marketing, Product Marketing and External Communications to coordinate the production of marketing assets, to ensure elements are produced/published  and executed on time.  Working with the Events Team,  you will also be responsible for ensuring event investments are maximised through effective pre, during and post campaign activity.
Furthermore, the role of Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for detailed regional campaign reporting using both Marketo and 
Typical external campaigns may include email, social media, paid advertising, targeted collateral, thought leadership materials, events, workshops and webinars.
Role Responsibilities
  • Lead on the FS UKIMEA marketing plan ; working with heads of propositions / product / territories to agree priorities and develop appropriate campaign plans consisting of individual tactics to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of campaign execution
  • With the support of the Central Marketing Services team, drive the delivery of all campaign elements ensuring stakeholders are engaged throughout the process;
  • Management of resources, i.e. external supplier and agencies - including event suppliers, telemarketing agency, content syndication partners and marketing/design/comms agencies. 
  • Ensure all campaign execution is completed on time and within budget
  • Understand legal and process requirements and their implications for marketing activity i.e. data and web;
  • Report on success of campaigns, ensuring lead volumes and conversion rates are measured and monitored.  Work with sales ops to ensure sales are following up with leads within the agreed SLA timeframe
  • Regular reporting to senior team and regions
  • Ensuring compliance to company processes and brand guidelines

Skills required
  • Evidenced achievement in previous Marketing Manager/ Campaign Manager role

Technology Skills
