Senior Finance Analyst - Airborne ISR

Summary of Role
Raytheon UK is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their highly successful Airborne Solutions (AS) Business within their Defence Business, providing support to both the functional and programme support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an expanding and progressive environment with a fast-paced nature. This is a role that will see you working with all functions across the business, interacting with colleagues at all levels.

Main Duties:

Support the Monthly EVMS Process
Support throughout the Gate Process
Ensure the Programme Contract Log is updated and checked to SAP
Work with Scheduling to provide admin support to raise BCR's and update the BCR Log
Liaise with Commercial to raise Invoice requests
Chase Payments and provide relevant reports
Send invoices received at Broughton to Accounts Payable and file
Liaise with Accounts Payable to code invoices
Weekly Headcount Reports
Support the day to day financial support to the Broughton site and assist with the AOP and Monthly Reporting for the Broughton Facilities and Manufacturing Teams
Maintain and develop reporting in SAP, BW and Cognos
Support the Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process on an as needs basis
Other ad-hoc analysis as required by the business and wider finance teams
Other miscellaneous administrative work as required

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
Experience in working in a fast-paced Matrix organization.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage a diverse workload.
Highly organised and self-motivated
Able to use own initiative and work without supervision
Good working knowledge of SAP, COGNOS, BW and MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to pick up new processes quickly and effectively
Positive 'can do' attitude
Strong integrity, confidentiality and a professional approach to work.
