Quality Processes Coordinator
Harlow

Summary of Role:
Administration of the Business Management System (BMS)
To identify and facilitate Improvement Projects across the Function & Raytheon UK
Support improvement of the Quality processes throughout the business and the final product.

Main Duties:
Manage the Document Change process workflow in the BMS system, including
Working with Document owners across Business areas to help ensure the smooth flow of document changes
Administer the change process in the BMS system, in support of site-wide change management activities
Provide SME advice, support and guidance for the BMS system
Develops BMS system documentation, including Work Instructions and Training Guides.
Provide user training for the BMS system
Governance and independent oversight of the IPDS Gate management process across Raytheon UK
Managing the collation and distribution of quality metrics across the function
Working as part of the Quality Enterprise Team to develop and deliver quality assurance and improvements across Raytheon UK
Responsible for producing the Quality Finance report(s) for the Enterprise Quality Manager
Support the Quality function communications, continually review and improve communication methods
Process Documentation Management

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Travel across sites will be required on a regular basis
Flexible and positive attitude
Strong analytical skills
Conversant with requirements of ISO9001/AS9100
Effective problem solving skills, Six Sigma Specialist trained
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Desirable:
Certified IOS9001 Lead Auditor
Chartered member of the CQI
Knowledge of IPDS
Tools, Workbench Pro, Sharepoint, Q-Pulse

Eligible for or Holder of current SC security clearance (Raytheon will sponsor as required)
