Global Insider Threat Lead - Global Financial Services Provider - London
A highly respected financial services provider is seeking a Global Insider Threat Lead to be responsible for the strategic planning, development and oversight of an Insider Threat Program. A key aspect of this role is to develop/enhance standards, policies, procedures and technologies with the aim to predict, detect and respond to insider threats.

A highly respected financial services provider is seeking a Global Insider Threat Lead to be responsible for the strategic planning, development and oversight of an Insider Threat Program. A key aspect of this role is to develop/enhance standards, policies, procedures and technologies with the aim to predict, detect and respond to insider threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review information security standards and policies, in order to establish appropriate insider threat management systems.
- Take lead on highly sensitive and complex high-tech insider technology risk investigations into incidents.
- Establish the tools, operations and processes of user behaviour analytics. Gain an oversight of forensic preservation of electronically stored information and data analysis, to support insider technology risk cases.
- Work closely with the Security Awareness team to promote insider risk awareness within the organisation.
- Extensive insider technology risk program experience, within the financial services sector.
- Prior experience of performing security events and insider detection and handling, gathering analysis of threat intelligence and computer network monitoring/surveillance.
- Experience in cyber threat management, data security, vulnerability testing and security management metrics and reports.
- Industry-accepted certifications are desirable - EnCE, CCE, GCFE, GCFA, GCIH, GREM, CFCE, CISSP etc.
