Reporting to the Global Head of Field & Product Marketing, Technology & Commercial, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding the UK Cyber Security market, and while working in partnership with sales, will plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns.  You will be responsible for maximising the marketing investment in campaign activities including events, webinars, advertising, email marketing, digital and social media.
 
You will be required to develop an annual UK Cyber Security integrated campaign plan and will be allocated budget which you will be responsible for optimising.   You will work closely with colleagues in Central Marketing, Product Marketing and External Communications to coordinate the production of marketing assets to ensure elements are produced, published and executed on time.  Working with the Events team, you will also be responsible for ensuring event investments are maximised through effective pre, during and post campaign activity.
 
Furthermore, the role of Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for detailed campaign reporting using both Marketo and Salesforce.com. 
 
Typical external campaigns may include email, social media, paid advertising, targeted collateral, thought leadership materials, events, workshops and webinars.
 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across the business to develop, plan and execute the UK Cyber Security marketing strategy.  The marketing plan will incorporate a full range of marketing resources and distribution channels.
  • Identify gaps, trends and influences that exist within their Market and recommends sound and actionable solutions.
  • Determine and act on long term marketing and Customer strategies to ensure they are effectively supporting the Market's business needs.
  • Pursue, develop, implement and evaluate industry partnerships, marketing sponsorships and sales promotions.
  • Utilise the full breadth of capability across the central marketing, product marketing and external communications functions to most effectively execute campaign plans.
  • Effectively manage external suppliers and agencies- including event suppliers, telemarketing agency, content syndication partners and marketing/design/comms agencies. 
  • Understand legal and process requirements and their implications for marketing activity i.e. data and web;
  • Report on success of campaigns, ensuring lead volumes and conversion rates are measured and monitored.  Work with sales ops to ensure sales are following up with leads within the agreed SLA timeframe
  • Regular reporting to senior team and regions
  • Ensuring compliance to company processes and brand guidelines
 
Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years related experience required
  • Advanced degree a plus in business or marketing communications
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects including meeting deadlines and staying with budget
  • Experience and understanding of B2B technology industry marketing techniques, advertising and creative methods
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales development strategies and tactics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven organization, presentation and communication skills
  • Proven creative ability and resourcefulness in generating new ideas and solving problems
  • Proven collaborative skills to build and maintain proactive involvement with all levels of staff and community members
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills that foster teamwork
