Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

A Global, multinational, FTSE 100 Company is currently looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to simplify the user application experience while ensuring identities and access management is securely managed.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Developing and maintaining short, medium and long term plans to support the IAM strategy
• Maintaining formal processes for the integration of applications with the IAM solutions and wider Information Systems and support teams.
• Communicate the capabilities of the IAM solutions and services as they apply to requests and develop the statement of work to implement the request.
• Gather and document requirements for integrations and implement, including coordination of testing.
• Responsible for liaison and communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Compliance (i.e. SOX) team during the planning of IAM operations and access review campaigns across business units

Experience and Knowledge required:

• Strong technical knowledge of IAM tools and processes, including: Identity and Access Management, Director / Meta directory services, Single Sign-On (SSO), Web Access Management, Federated Authentication / SAML, User Lifecycle and Privileged Access Management
• Knowledge of Industry Standard IAM Tools providing Identity Management, Access Management, Directory
• Services, IDaaS solutions, privileged access management (PAM), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Web/TCPIP
• Application Server Expertise: Web Logic, Oracle Application Server, JBoss, IIS, Apache Web Servers
