My client, a cutting-edge technology and data driven company, is seeking to hire an Information Manager to work within it's Security Department. The role will entail taking ownership and responsibility  for the company information strategies and policies and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining and developing the business' policies and procedures pertaining to Information Security
  • Educating stakeholders on how to manage secure information
  • Maintaining and acting on a good understand of legislative requirements
  • Inputting into policy on mitigating risk
  • Managing business log of key information assets
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation

Desired skills:

  • Experience working within Information Security
  • Ability to analyse complex information from a diverse range of sources
  • Experience leading or working on the rollout of an Information Management programme
  • Creative mind set - the ability to work with stakeholders across the business to come up with solutions 
  • Good communication skills - in particular around how to approach people and change (essential)
