Job Description
A global financial services organisation has a rare opportunity for an Information Security Analyst with a broad technical understanding to move into a Technology Risk facing role within the 2 nd Line of Defence. The successful Information Security Analyst will use their technical understanding and broad cyber security domain knowledge to oversee technical security, with a remit to check and challenge hands on teams, ensuring appropriate risk controls and processes are in place and followed.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cyber security threats and vulnerabilities, or a background in security architecture or engineering, but will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to see the bigger picture of how technology can affect an organisation overall.

This role represents an opportunity for a technical, hands on candidate to move away from technology and into a much more strategic position. The role sits in a global facing team and will give the successful candidate exposure to the entire business at a senior level.
