Cyber Security Awareness Manager - Multinational Retail Company - North West London
A leading retail company are seeking a Cyber Security Awareness Manager to develop, plan and deliver a Digital and Cyber Education and Awareness plan, in line with the organisations strategies. A key part to this role is raising the level of awareness, along with imbedding good security behaviours throughout the organisation (circa 30,000 colleagues across the UK and Ireland).

A leading retail company are seeking a Cyber Security Awareness Manager to develop, plan and deliver a Digital and Cyber Education and Awareness plan, in line with the organisations strategies. A key part to this role is raising the level of awareness, along with imbedding good security behaviours throughout the organisation (circa 30,000 colleagues across the UK and Ireland).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and maintain enterprise-wide, complex and risk-based information security awareness projects and campaigns.
- Manage and develop ways to measure the effectiveness and impact of culture and awareness projects. Collate, analyse and interpret data in order to make recommendations.
- Drive behavioural change through to senior leadership by deploying a Cyber Education and Awareness plan. Design, deliver and develop information security presentation/communication materials.
- Knowledge of Information Security, with prior experience of designing and delivering successful awareness campaigns to drive behavioural change within a large or matrixed organisation.
- Able to confidently speak and present publicly, and effectively partner with management, peers and staff, as well as internal and external business partners and vendors.
- Able to challenge the norm within a challenging and fast-paced environment.
