Technical Administrator - Shadow Long Term Support

Summary of Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with in an exciting aerospace engineering environment, interacting with colleagues at all levels. The Airborne ISR Technical Administrator is responsible to the Airborne ISR ILS Manager for providing technical fault data entry services and general administrative tasks.
Based at Broughton, the successful candidate will be part of the growing Airborne ISR Team which delivers aviation engineering expertise across a wide range of projects to both military and civil customers worldwide.

Main Duties:
The Airborne ISR Technical Administrator will be primarily responsible for inputting and the maintenance of fault data into a central database in support of Engineering programmes and proving administrate support to Engineering meetings. There will also be secondary tasks to provide administrative and office support to the ILS Team. The role offers an exciting challenge in supporting Airborne ISR programmes with responsibilities for:

Primary Tasks
Data entry - Accurate data input of Maintenance Work Orders into a Fault Recording and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) database.
Taking meeting minutes during Engineering Programme Reviews (On & Off Site).
Photocopying / scanning of Aircraft Maintenance Work Orders.
General administrative tasks in support of the Engineering team.

Secondary Tasks
Producing and dealing with engineering correspondence internal and external.
Support with administration (PowerPoint, MS applications).
Assisting with travel arrangements and expenses reports.
Implementing new business procedures and processes.
Stationary management

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Dedicated and confident individual.
Flexibility to travel to support meetings.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent administrative skills and ability to multi-task.
Previous Customer facing experience in a fast paced environment.
Able to manage and work within agreed timescales.
Self motivated and Team Player.

Eligible for or Holder of SC Clearance (Raytheon will sponsor as required)

Desirable:
Experience in an aerospace engineering environment.
Understanding of RAF Aircraft Air and Support Documents.
Experience of using or working with GOLDesp data.

Eligible for or Holder of current SC security clearance (Raytheon will sponsor as required)
