Job Description
This role is integral in the development of robust global business continuity and crisis management plans for this multinational business, to ensure the continuity of operations and capability to respond to and recover from disruptive events. The post-holder will work cross-functionally to support the development of the strategy and to ensuring policy implementation and act as a key advisor and subject matter expert to group and divisional management. You will provides awareness, education and training to group, sector and site leadership teams to develop and maintain relevant competencies, including oversight of 3 rd party providers. The role will also have responsibility for global travel security, though the client is happy to support training in this field. You will have significant experience within a complex risk, resilience or security management environment, ideally supported by post-graduate qualifications and evidence of continued professional development relevant to role. An in-depth knowledge of applicable regulation, including 'duty of care' and 'duty to disclose' imperatives, along with significant program and project management experience would be advantageous. An understanding of budget management, and experience in 3rd party provider and contract management processes is required. International travel, both scheduled and ad-hoc, will be required.
