About the programme

This programme is aimed primarily at women seeking an insight into careers in Technology at KPMG. You'll have the opportunity to network with women from our Technology teams, gain and insight into the work they do and discover the variety of career opportunities available in Technology.

The programme is packed with practical takeaways. You'll be empowered to develop your professional skills - from standing out in interviews to effectively managing projects. We'll give you an insider's view into the range of industries we work in, the new technologies we're working with and some of the big issues facing our clients - from cyber security, to managing business risks using technology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to fast-track through our recruitment process. Whilst on the programme, we'll give you the chance to take part in an assessment, and if successful, secure a position on our Technology Vacation Programme, starting in summer 2020. Please note that by attending our London Insight Programme, your Vacation role will be in London. By attending our Manchester Insight Programme, your Vacation role will be based in a regional office of your choice (Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh).

The programme will run in Manchester from 25th to 27th June 2019, and in London from 11th to 13th June 2019.

Who's it for?

Our Women in Technology Insight Programme is aimed primarily at women with an interest in technology. Candidates must be in their first year at university (or second year if you're on a four year course) .We're looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are curious, ambitious and passionate about a career in Technology.

As a general rule, you'll be expected to meet the following requirements:

- Minimum grade B GCSE* or 5-6 Maths

- Minimum grade B GCSE* or 5-6 English Language

- Minimum of 300 UCAS Tariff points*

- On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in any discipline * or equivalent

Please note, we only consider a candidate's 'top' 3 A-level grades and do not accept General Studies.

This is a three-day, paid, non-residential course. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed and you will be paid a salary equivalent to the living wage salary.
