Role Purpose

An experienced manager, with a significant depth of business understating and people management expertise. Presenting broad business sector and industry knowledge. The purpose of the role is to support management decision-making, strategic planning, drive operational effectiveness and efficiency, cooperation with senior management and various business functions.

An Operations Manager will be a trusted partner to key stakeholders from business lines and other members of leadership team, will be working in the matrix structure. Will effectively manage a range of operational responsibilities, including people and their performance management, drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery of corporate objectives and realization of Fujitsu strategy.

Key Activities:
• Manage and deliver specific operational, financial and business objectives, including people management, across various functions
• Identify and evaluate the impact of business-related issues and designing suitable solutions to achieve successful outcomes
• Successfully cooperate in a matrix structure, such as successful team management, process redesign and change management, performance evaluation,
• Ensure that information is not only effectively analysed and interpreted, but also clearly and accurately communicated to the management to support decision-making, policy and strategy design
• Effectively manage people and reporting activities to deliver accurate and reliable information to measure and evaluate business performance.
• As a trusted advisor, influence decision-making, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and any relevant legal or regulatory requirements, and protecting the company's resources, assets and reputation.

Skills required:
• Min 8 years' experience in people management
• Sector and best practice knowledge
• Business transformation project management experience
• Excellent communicator, good stakeholder management skills
• Pro-active and target oriented and open minded
• High Drive for results
• Striving for process excellence
• Ability to work in matrix structure with various business stakeholders
• Capable of building cross functional relationships and teams
• Motivating, developing and training employees
• Fluent English language capabilities (written and oral)
