Job Title: Resourcer (Fixed term Contract)

Business Context:
The key objective of this role is to generate direct applicants at all levels and in all functions/areas of our business to fill current roles and build and manage a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
This role will manage appropriately identified sourcing channels in order to find, attract and qualify the best talent in the marketplace for each role. You will ensure that all resourcing requirements are met in a timely manner, utilising relevant channels to ensure fulfilment of current requirements as well as a suitable ongoing supply of candidates.
Supporting various Recruiters in generating qualified candidates or candidate leads for specific roles to enable the Recruitment team deliver against the business needs.

Nature and Scope:
. Understand the requirements of each role, including the business or functional area, skill sets, and other role qualification criteria.
. Assist in defining, engaging and managing the channel strategy for each vacancy, engaging the most appropriate channels to source candidates by role type, level and geographical location.
. Identify appropriate candidates using multiple "direct to market" channels.
. Contribute to the development of recruitment adverting on niche sites as well as more generic job boards.
. Source and/or data mine CVs for active job seekers on relevant CV databases and search engines.
. Conduct passive candidate research and attraction through multiple social networking sites.
. Utilise networking with external sources to generate further candidates.
. Qualify candidates according to company, business/function, role and location requirements.
. Screen and filter candidates for Recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring only the best fit candidates for each role are presented, and handing over the relationship to the Recruiter for further management.
. Manage communications with stakeholders regarding candidates in the pipeline.
. Provide absence cover for other Resourcing team members.

Education and Experience:
. Diligent and determined to find appropriate talent.
. rofessional telephone manner with ability to understand & probe candidate motivations and expectations
. Ability to source scarce resources using approved channels for sourcing, qualifying and managing internal and external recruitment candidates
. Experience of multi-site working is an advantage
