Being a Graduate within our Services Sales Department

As a Fujitsu Graduate in Business Development, you support the sales department on business development and strategic marketing so as to pursue new business opportunities. You are responsible for strategic benchmarks and market studies so as to seek out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis. You are in charge of providing breaking through ideas to generate new business. During the Graduate Program, you will be working in a full-time job. You'll work with senior management, with a high visibility within the company. You will be supported by the head of Sales Operation and Member of the board of Directors, working closely with heads of Sales and Marketing.

This role can lead you towards other great opportunities afterwards, either at a higher level of seniority within the same area, or towards pure sales or strategic marketing or data/research analyst or consulting.

  • You continually monitor the market (competitive intelligence and analysis) to advise and guide the sales team the best way possible;

  • You quantify business intelligence with economic models to evaluate new key markets and opportunities;

  • You identify prospective clients, their needs and match them to products and solutions;

  • You assist with core business development activities, such as generating pitch decks and communicating with clients, advisors or competitors to better understand business trends;

  • You participate to client meetings;

  • You identify key strategic partnerships and alliances with internal teams to foster revenue growth with new or existing customers;

  • You design, develop, and implement customized strategies and business plans for building these alliances;

  • You build lasting internal stakeholders relationships, especially with sales and marketing.


Your Profile

You have a Bachelor or Master degree. Next to that, you are passionate about new technologies (Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Furthermore, you have a strong commercial drive and feeling and are analytical and detail oriented. You also have a good communication and presentation skills. You are highly motivated and ambitious.
