NCC Group is looking for an Operations Manager to drive forward our capability within our Cyber Defence Operations (CDO) division on a 3 month fixed term contract

CDO provide incident response expertise to our clients. We assist companies through challenging, complicated events, helping make the UK a safe place to live and do business.

Our services range from emergency incident response, compromise assessments, reverse engineering, malware analysis, and wider security research relating to cyber-attacks.

If you enjoy a high degree of independence, operating within a small dynamic team, then this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Track a pipeline of incoming work from pre-sales through to delivery.
  • Organise ongoing projects to ensure team members can deliver efficient, high quality services to clients.
  • Administration of longer term client contracts, for example retained agreements.
  • Manage internal business processes, for example payment of invoices to suppliers.
  • Work with the account management team to understand and resolve delivery queries.
  • Responsible for adhering to all internal policy and procedures in relation to security best practice.

Requirements

  • Strong administration experience
  • Ability to liaise both internally and externally to a high standard
  • A keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills
  • Scheduling skills
