Are you highly experienced with consultative sales in IT and do you have an extensive network in Belgium? Do you have experience in selling ICT Services such as Workplace and Cloud solutions? And are you customer focused, service minded and able to take ownership?

Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Services Sales Executive!

As a Services Sales Executive in Belgium, you will ensure Fujitsu's growth by winning new business and expanding existing business with direct customers from various industries. As a seasoned Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact regarding complex IT-Outsourcing opportunities. By being a trusted advisor to our customers, you will elevate our services sales and bring the overall sales to a higher level.

You will be primarily responsible for hunting potential new clients and selling Fujitsu's Infrastructure Services. You will develop a new business plan to approach new prospects, and you take care of growing our client portfolio, and in doing so, contribute to our revenue and profit goals.

You will operate within a large matrix organization, taking the lead on new or existing opportunities. Furthermore, you will be closely cooperating with the Presales Architects, Bid Managers, Product Sales Representatives, Consultants and other Fujitsu (cross-country) stakeholders and (virtual) teams.

  • You identify and qualify growth opportunities growth in Managed Services (End-User Services, Datacenter, Network & Communication, Service Desk) to establish a solid sales pipeline;
  • You establish a value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities including a strategy for beating the competition;
  • You identify and influence decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external) at CxO level;
  • You close deals on sales campaigns that are leading. When closing the deal you will keep the Fujitsu long-term vision in mind;
  • You maintain market and portfolio knowledge. Maintains a high level of services, solution, market and competitive know-how;
  • You develop a sales deal strategy presentations for the clients/prospects;
  • You drive all Fujitsu stakeholders through the entire internal engagement sales processes and anticipate client demands;
  • You submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasting to line management.

Your profile




You have a Bachelor or University degree and a proven track record in selling IT services, growing a client portfolio and composing complex offers. You are highly aware of cost & budget consideration and possess strong market insight. You are a highly skilled negotiator, a natural communicator and an excellent decision maker. Additionally, you are a real hunter with the capability to create strong cross-country network and work in a matrix & international environment. As a person you have excellent communication skills, are able to proactively improve ways of working, a strong team player who is flexible and shares knowledge.
