The Service Delivery Manager will promote the interests of  both the customer  and internal businesses into live services and have a close understanding of the business drivers, fostering strong relationships in both directions with technical colleagues, customers, providers and AI Management.
 
This is a Global role with a diverse user base and a consistent, measurable and reportable service is required.
 
This will be a pivotal role in building and maintaining a confident operational relationship between IT and the business.
 
Key Activities:
Manages the operational relationship and delivery of IT services from internal and external suppliers. The role includes:
    Managing suppliers and internal product teams to their operational service SLAs, KPIs, project commitments and contractual obligations, ensuring that service performance is monitored, reported on and improved. Working with Product Owners, Service Architects, Business Analyts and product teams to help develop, maintain and publish operational plans, improvement activities and service measures Acting as a point of escalation for operational service issues, interfacing with Global stakeholders Aggregating multiple services into service portfolios and managing the delivery of the portfolios Defining and publishing reporting from common sources such as ticketing systems and development platforms Regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure that actions are captured and progressed in a timely fashion Development and maintenance of a Service Improvement Plan
The Successful candidate will:
    Co-ordinate other IT Operations roles to deliver business aligned services Be accountable for the management of tower suppliers and their service elements Be accountable for achieving Service Levels and other agreed service measures as well as cost budget for the services being delivered Develop and improve their services in alignment with agreed roadmaps
Role Speciifc Activities
    The SDM takes on a lead role; owns specific work areas and coaches others when needed. Has a detailed understanding of Service/Supplier management and will work on the most complex issues with minimal need for supervision or support Will support the development of the capabilities
