Purpose of Role:

This role provides professional financial information, advice and support to an operating unit or accounting specialism (e.g. group consolidation, cash management, record to report) act as an individual. Provides efficient management of financial processes.

Key Activities:

•- Delivery of an end to end finance service to the business incorporating:
 Provision of Actual, Forecast and associated variance analysis to the business
Full Balance Sheet management including working capital
Ensure financial controls and governance processes are operating as prescribed
•- Provides a professional financial service to the business as part of a team working with an autonomy
•- Participates in regular business reviews with Heads of Business Lines, delivers explanations for deviations as well as solution recommendations in case expected result being in a risk
•- Provides advice on accurate solutions related to complex accounting treatment (ex: leasing accounting , revenue recognition, revaluation, contingencies)
•- Influences performance by resolving local problems and advising line management in order to influence decisions relating to revenue, margin, cash flow, investments, productivity, systems, controls or processes
•- Reviews outputs internal and external audits and follows up with recommendations for improvements as required.
•- Ensures effective communication or mitigation of events or proposals that would trigger a negative variance to forecast or budget
•- Has an awareness of risk assessment and contingency allocation and drawdown
•- Builds relationships with internal customers
•- Influences operational management decision making to protect the company assets
•- Basic adaptive short- medium term planning for future service delivery of their finance operation
•- Liaising across EMEIA Region with Heads of Business Lines, daily cooperation with Project Managers, Delivery Executives, Sales Executives
• Support Controlling Team Leader in process management
• Drive and promote continuous improvement culture within the team

Skills required:

•- Qualified (CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA, CTA and Institute of Corporate Treasurers or equivalent)
•- 5 years or more practical work experience in a senior accounting management function
•- High business awareness
•- Excellent attention to detail
•- Reveal independency and proactive behaviours
•- Excellent presentation and communication skills
•- Fluent command of English written and spoken
