Role Purpose

The Fujitsu ServiceNow practice is growing rapidly and has recently won a number of high profile projects for major customers. It's a business which will retain that growth and we need a ServiceNow pre sales support resource in order to support our pre sales lead, and practice, to ensure further successes in our bids and proposals for ServiceNow within the UK and Ireland. The role reports to the SaaS Sales lead and is primarily responsible for supporting all pre sales activities for ServiceNow opportunities with new and existing Fujitsu customers.

This role will build strong, trusted relationships with the Sales and Account teams in Fujitsu and ServiceNow. They will ensure that all projects and ServiceNow activities are successfully sold generating positive customer feedback and unpinning further business growth. They will ensure that we are seen as a trusted ServiceNow.com delivery partner.

The candidate will be able to deliver complex ServiceNow proposals, propositions, supporting documentation and demo's, covering all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, and training will be given to areas that are required, where the resource may yet have experience, such as Orchestration.

This includes:

• Engage with the ServiceNow Practice as appropriate to support ServiceNow, business growth and all other related activities

• Customer facing to build/present demo's and solutions to deliver those demo's to customers and internal teams

• Building and producing templated and standard propositions

• Support ServiceNow Sales lead and all Sales and Account teams during any pre sales activities

• Work with the ServiceNow technical resources to gain greater technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

• Align with the ServiceNow practice delivery team to ensure services being proposed are deliverable

• Work in bid teams through governance/bid milestones through to successful completion

• Work across multiple bids at any one time

• Work with management to drive high quality standards

• Time management and effort associated to activities

• Experience of agile project delivery

• Awareness of pre sales activities

• Support other consultants and developers where required

Experience and Skills

The candidate must possess the ability to drive and develop ServiceNow based pre sales collateral from end-to-end. Experience of working with cloud platforms, complex stakeholders and agile methodologies is critical. The successful candidate must demonstrate attention to detail and experience of delivering high quality services including - partner cloud platforms similar to ServiceNow, Testing, Integration and Data Strategies. Must understand the ServiceNow platform in-depth, from the technology to the configuration. Must be able to lead and manage others in the development of the platform to meet the project and customer requirements.

Mandatory

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration and modules > 2 years

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak intelligently to customers

• Demonstrable problem solving skills and solution development acumen

• Java Scripting, .NET and Jelly code

• Works through challenges for successful outcomes

• Self-starting team player with ability to plan and execute detailed work to effectively meet objectives

• Willing to travel, working both onsite and remotely
