Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Sales Lead for our ServiceNow activities!

As an experienced Sales Lead, you will be responsible for boosting the flourishing ServiceNow business of Fujitsu in Belgium by being in charge of the sales cycle from A to Z. You would join an international cross-Europe team and also work in close contact with the local Belgium Services Sales team.

Fujitsu is one of the most important ServiceNow partners in Europe, on all aspects related to Enterprise Service Management and the development of digital platforms. With more than 500 successful ServiceNow implementations and 300 dedicated consultants, we help our customers simplify and improve their IT business processes in order to create added value and ROI.

What the job is about:
Hunting potential new clients, selling Fujitsu's ServiceNow solutions and being the first contact regarding ServiceNow implementations. You manage and control the sales process of ServiceNow opportunities in Belgium, from proactively creating new business sales opportunities, to customer solution discussions, answering tenders, negotiating contract and planning strategic road maps for future development with the client;
• Elevating our ServiceNow sales and bringing the overall sales to a higher level by being a trusted advisor for our customers. You also track and develop services in the eco-system around the ServiceNow platform and create synergies to other service areas of Fujitsu;
• Establishing a solid pipeline by winning high value sales campaigns and achieving new name wins;
• Developing a new business plan to approach new prospects and grow our client portfolio;
• Maintaining a high level of product, services, solution, public market and competitive know-how.

Your profile:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter who is able to communicate at C-level. You are highly experienced with consultative and/or software sales (senior level) in IT and bring along an active, extensive and qualitative network. You are a highly skilled negotiator, a natural communicator and an excellent decision maker. As a person you are ambitious, a team player with great language skills in Dutch, French and English .
