Role summary
The Site Operations team is responsible for all aspects of Systems, Technical Infrastructure and Physical Facilities for BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. This includes safety and environmental management, delivery of front line services to internal customers such as post and courier services, catering services, configuration of meeting rooms, archiving etc.

What you'll be doing
    Working with the Site Operations team providing a solid customer focused service whilst delivering assigned tasks. Carrying out early morning building opening duties. Collection and delivering of hospitality menu lunches. Assisting the team with furniture removals and installation. Carry out escorting duties for external contractors. Maintain high offices standards through carrying out building check audits, reporting any building defects which may affect the security, health and safety and general running of the buildings. Collating of monthly gas, electricity, and water meter readings across the Guildford offices. Restocking of consumables for stationary and break-out areas throughout the Guildford site. Organisation of parking checks including distribution of car park passes and keeping up to date records of staff vehicle information. Assist in minor accommodation moves and project works. Responsible for company lease van including deliveries, carrying out monthly inspections, gathering staff license details and updating servicing records. Fulfil duty officer / out of hours call out activities. Working with the Site Operations Technician to resolve building task issues assigned. Ensuring allocated Helpdesk tasks are carried out within the service level timeframe applicable. Carrying out regular safety audits and testing. Proactively looking to make improvements to current processes.

What we're looking for

    Proven high quality customer service delivery skills and previous experience of working within a customer service focused environment. Ability to hold security clearance. Good written and verbal communication and organisation skills. Able to work individually and also as a part of a team. Proven interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure. Prior experience using task management software packages is desirable. Good Microsoft Office skills.
