Integrated Sentinel Support Solution (ISSS) Optimisation

Role
To provide programme management and leadership for Service Optimisation projects within the ISSS Programme.

Raytheon is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to contribute to the ISSS Programme by leading and managing a number of projects defined to Optimise the service level provided under the programme.
The primary output for the programme role is the effective delivery of mission capable aircraft in the forward fleet.
A number of concurrent services are provided by Raytheon in support of this objective.
One of our responsibilities is the timely identification and execution of change projects which improve and optimise service delivery.
The projects will aim to positively impact Availability, Schedule, Cost or Quality across any of the services provided.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a successful track record of delivering disruptive change projects, yielding tangible benefits in an ongoing, in-service support environment.
They will be comfortable working directly with the military user in order to provide effective stakeholder management, while also delivering an appropriate level of programme leadership and business management reporting.
While this is not a directly technical role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate domain knowledge and an ability to fluently deal with the engineering element of the work.
The Optimisation Project Manager should expect to have ownership and accountability for the successful output of the aircraft product along with the appropriate authority to execute this work.
The right person will demonstrate collaborative behaviours and have a keen focus on continuous improvement and be a catalyst for disruptive change.

Responsibilities
Project Management of assigned Scope of Work
Delivery of assigned outputs to agreed time, cost and quality targets
Accountable for delivering measurably improved performance of Support Services within assigned scope
Continuous Improvement and Optimisation of delivery performance using Raytheon Six Sigma and Lean approaches
Executing other delegated tasks as directed
Management liaison and collaboration with the government customer and military user
