The Business Planning Analyst supports the Head of Business Planning to understanding the future demand from the Business Units and other teams on Capabilities by consolidating and analysing the views from the BUs and helping align this with regional capability and strategies. They will also contribute to providing and consolidating inputs for the Strategic Workforce Plans, IBP and MBR.
  • Collate the inputs from each business unit of their future demand on Capabilities; bringing together data from Sales Force, financial forecasts and IBP planning.
  • Analyses this demand, and assists in the interpretation of the demand accuracy, and opportunities and risks within the data.
  • Models possible demand scenarios to support the best allocation of work across regions
  • Supports the production of operational input to the Strategic Workforce Plan, IBP and other planning exercises, consolidating inputs from the regions and ensuring alignment to overall strategy.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in each of our Business Units to maintain an accurate understanding of current and future demand for Capabilities staff
