Do you have experience in software solution selling and a proven track record in managing and growing a client portfolio and composing complex offers? Are you a hunter and able to communicate at C-level who knows how to proactively improve ways of working? Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as a Business Developer ServiceNow.

With more than 400 successful ServiceNow implementations and 160 dedicated consultants we help our customers' simplify and improve their IT business processes in order to create added value and ROI.

As a Business Developer you will be the first contact regarding ServiceNow implementations with our customers. Acting as a customer advocate you show empathy with their challenges and issues and create plans to address their needs. You examine, listen, qualify and resolve concerns or obstacle to a sale in a logical fashion, emphasizing the solutions or services that will deliver maximum benefit.

Being a trusted advisor, you will elevate our ServiceNow sales and bring the overall sales to a higher level. You are a highly skilled negotiator, a natural communicator and an excellent decision maker.

Key responsibilities

• You will be primarily responsible for hunting potential new clients and sell Fujitsu's ServiceNow solutions.

• You develop the sales strategy for a specified business area. You track and develop services in the eco-system around the ServiceNow platform and create synergies to other service areas of Fujitsu.

• You identify and influence decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external).

• You establish a value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities including a strategy for beating the competition.

• You manage and control the sales process of ServiceNow opportunities in the Netherlands, from proactively create new business sales opportunities, to customer solution discussions, answering tenders, negotiating contract and planning strategic road maps for future development with the client.

• You will show your added value by winning high value sales campaigns, achieve new name wins and qualify opportunities. In order to do so you will establish a solid pipeline. You will develop a new business plan to approach new prospects, and you will take care of growing our client portfolio, and in doing so, contribute to our revenue and profit goals.

• You update the CRM database and carry out administrative tasks as appropriate. You make proper use of specified company tools and processes to manage sales within and across borders.

• You submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasting to line management.

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague with at least a Bachelor or University degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a business development role in a software solution selling environment. Next to that you are a self-motivated professional who can work effectively without close supervision, making decisions without continual reference to your immediate manager. As a person you are an ambitious team player with a good sense of humor, excellent communicational skills and who is able to take ownership. Next to that you are flexible, share knowledge and are straightforward and honest.
