Mansion House Consulting are looking for a confident and passionate Cybersecurity Manager with an experience in Secure development best practices and strong Risk understanding

 

Role: Cybersecurity Manager – Secure development best practices and strong Risk understanding

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to the improvement of bank's strategy to enhance Cybersecurity control capabilities.

Knowledge Leadership

  • Advocate best practises and Cybersecurity awareness to improve bank's IT maturity, both culturally and technically
  • Provide support and guidance to the Cybersecurity SME knowledge to RCOs and Developers
  • Provide specialist technical knowledge to support all control uplift activity emerging from bank and supporting organisations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for IT and Business employees, maturing Cybersecurity awareness, best practices and Secure development expectations

Relationship management

  • Build and maintain relationships, to cultivate program support and awareness
  • Support the Head of bank's Cybersecurity in managing relationships with global and regional businesses leads, supporting regulatory, client and government engagements.

Delivery/Compliance

  • Oversee and provide specialist technical knowledge to support all control uplift activity emerging from bank and supporting organisations.
  • Support the Cybersecurity agenda within bank, including driving business/functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the bank's business areas and Risk Functions to drive control improvement activities where required to ensure operation within appetite.
  • Provide continual improvement around technical solutions in line with the market, to automate processes and dynamically enhance productivity
  • Partner closely with bank's IT stakeholders and Risk Functions to understand compliance to relevant security policies, standards and governance within bank, including challenging the risk profile, appetite, incidents and control effectiveness, driving improvement activities where required to ensure operation within appetite
  • Support the delivery executive level reports that support the tracking of project targets and budgets, issues and roadblocks, and recommend solutions to resolve challenges
  • Support, where necessary, key bank's security uplift initiatives
  • Contribute to the review of security standards and procedures
