They are a successful boutique based in London who service clients across the globe providing a range of Cyber Security services. In order to achieve their plans of becoming one of Europe’s key players they need a driven and hungry Business Development Manager to drive new business and respond to extensive incoming leads. 

My client are looking for a long term hire and will offer the compensation and uncapped commission structure to ensure you stay! 

Responsibilities:
•    Deliver a range of managed services including penetration testing, security operations centre (SOC), DDoS, GDPR consulting, information security consulting, Red Team and Blue Team services, vulnerability management, virtual CISO, PCI and Cyber Essentials 
•    Utilising knowledge and expertise to drive the business forward; breaking into new markets and attracting new clients.
•    You will have a passion for new business and determined to build strong and lasting partnerships with our client’s. 
•    Exploring new channels with customers and breaking down doors to generate new business.
•    Necessary to be a proactive individual with strong relationship building skills and eager to generate new revenue for the business, across all of service lines.

Desired Skills:
•    Have a proven track record of winning new business and a demonstrable passion, interest and expertise in sales.
•    Experience with complex business to business technical/professional services sales (in strategic and developing accounts).
•    Proven tenacity and strategic approach to lead development.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining quality and reputation for excellence.
•    Self-motivated individual who is also capable of working as part of a highly successful team.
