One of our leading FTSE100 clients is searching for Product Managers in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to operate within their technology team. The team are working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deploy a new IAM product across business, covering all aspects of managing access from joiners, movers and leavers. The team works across all areas of the business, ranging from application owners to HR teams in order to rapidly develop a new solution which will enable them to increase its capability in access management whilst reducing operational costs. 

My client is a leading technology firm that promotes continuous development of its teams, offering ongoing education and certificates training. Promotions are given internally, giving members of the team a chance to progress and learn at the speed that they choose.

The Role:
•    Build and maintain great relationships with stakeholders to ensure that they understand the current lifecycle processes across the business.
•    Work closely with the engineering team, outline requirements and define acceptance criteria for new Identity Lifecycle processes.
•    Pilot and rollout new processes designed and developed.
•    Define and track performance against customer and business KPIs.
•    This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is well organised and has an inquisitive mind who is motivated to change the way a company does business.

Key Skills:
•    Demonstrated experience of working as part of an Identity & Access Management implementation 
•    The ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and senior leadership.
•    Experience designing business processes– Lean Six Sigma a plus.
•    Articulating a complex product strategy in terms of risk reduction and business value.
•    Experience of large scale process change, ideally within a global firm.
•    The ability to lead and influence without authority.
