Would you be interested in working for a global investment Bank?

Your responsibilities will be to provide Desktop Support and Windows application support to users at the London branch of a Bank and financial service provider.

To be successful, you will be required to:
• Manage local Active Directory
• Maintain cyber security standards through patch management, virus-scanning and following global data security processes
• Provide desktop and windows application support for front and back office users.
• Ensuring operational and system documentation is created and maintained.
• Have good communication with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide front line technical support
• Have a background in financial services

Technical skills required include:
• Telephony administration and Mobile Device Management
• Exposure to Trading Systems is beneficial
• Windows 7 & 10
• SCCM and software deployment
• Office 2013 & 2010
• Active Directory administration
