Your new role

Do you want the opportunity to lead on the delivery and development of complex security solutions?

As a Senior Security Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a word class Product Security Team of talented security engineers, tasked with ensuring each engineer maximises their personal potential to meet the requirements of customer contracts, schedules and specifications.

Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute a robust security engineering plan and management review system to ensure Products are secure, entirely compliant and implemented within agreed budgets and time-frames.

You'll be expected to create and maintain good relationships within the product security team and wider engineering teams, creating a familiar culture and seamless process across the security development life-cycle.

Other responsibilities are not limited to; Security reviews for new products and services, secure architecture design, threat modelling, penetration testing, vulnerability research, security guidance documentation, security tool development and delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

Robust experience working within Product Security with an overall understating and extensive knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, application security mobile security, threat modelling experience, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, penetration testing, system administration and network security.

Experience leading and managing teams of security engineers and end to end security projects along with the ability to proactively communicate to technical and non technical audiences in both verbal and in written communication to C-Suite, management, customers and to influence stakeholders.

You should hold one or more security certifications such as; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). You'll also be expected to have or be able to obtain full security clearance,
