Your new company
Our client is one of the largest employers in the area and operate 24/7 through the year to ensure transportation of goods around the UK and world. An exciting opportunity has become available to work directly on the terminals in one of their Administration offices. As a Planning Administrator you will be required to work closely with a specific terminal to ensure smooth transportation of goods.

Your new role
Duties will include supporting with vessel discharges and planning the goods that will leave via trains. This role is a crucial role that supports a busy department; you will be required to scan and check reports, check tickets of jobs that have been completed overnight, input purchase orders, create and maintain folders for vessels and ensure correspondence go out to the relevant points of contact (internal and external).

What you'll need to succeed
This role is due to start immediately and requires someone who is able to commit to a long term assignment. Previous Administration experience required and ideally within a manufacturing, transport or construction background. Driver ideally as not easily accessible via public transport.

What you'll get in return
Salary starting at £20,000 but will rise after probation. Monday to Friday 8.00-5.00pm. Ongoing assignment with the view of covering maternity leave later in the year.
