Out Of Hours Support Administrator

Hays Office Support are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for a Night Shift Support Administrator on a permanent basis based in Blairgowrie. The role is to cover night shift, working on a 3-week rota with generous time off work between shifts allowing for a manageable work life balance. Salary is Â£24,000 per annum + 28 days annual leave and competitive pension.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing a 24/7 service to the business client base while also completing a backlog of administration work created during the day shift. You will manage and maintain email inbox's, create and manage communications to support customer service activities, manage payments, invoicing and customer queries and provide colleagues with robust handover and update information, particularly for actions still required with service updates. You will be involved with extensive accurate data entry and work with Team Leaders and Managers when emergency situations arise.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Customer Service and Administration professional with excellent attention to detail used to working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. You will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to capture and handle data accurately and be a strong team player. You will have worked or currently be working in a contact centre, utilities or financial services company.
