A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy seek a Deployment Project Administrator to start on 16th September for a 4 week contract supporting Windows 10 deployment project for a major utilities client based in Glasgow

The Project Administrator will need to monitor a deployment mailbox, deal with queries and undertake database and Service Now tasks.
Training will be given
Experience with database type tools would be useful but not essential.
Experience with MS Outlook.
Team player and being pro-active
Previous PMO/ Project environment experience desirable but not essential
Strong background in administration
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Has the ability to work unsupervised
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Good organising/planning skills
Able to prioritise and organise own workload
Has the ability to resolve routine problems with established solutions
Good numerical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
