My client is a business services utilities client based in Stafford with multiple operations across the UK. They are now looking to look a technical administrator to work in their Quality Assurance team initially on a 9 month contract.

Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists within our Utilities business division for a proactive and outcome driven Technical Administrator to join our Stafford based team. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will provide pivotal administrative support to our client. As the business takes great pride in providing the best service to our customers your role within the team will be pivotal to the efficient working of this contract.

Typical responsibilities will include
  • Validation and processing of feedback from our crews on site before distributing to the Client; the wider Contract Operations and Commercial Teams including Supply Chain partners.
  • Analysing data and reporting issues to the supply chain, whilst maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are met relating to the quality and timely return of such feedback. Working closely with the wider Team, to ensure the feedback is accurate enough to maintain strong performance against the contracts Incentive Mechanism.

What you'll need to succeed

  • This role would suit a data driven individual looking to begin their career within the Utilities Market and Quality Assurance management.
  • Experience within an administrator role
  • If you have a background or interest in the utilities industry we would particularly like to hear from you.
  • You must be confident in your use of Microsoft software, with an emphasis on Excel;
  • A proactive attitude, excellent time management, and careful attention to detail are what is fundamentally required to be successful in this role.

What would be nice to have:

  • Exposure to SAP IT Platforms
