Location - Nr Scarborough
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
+ ANNUAL WORK TRAVEL ALLOWANCE - UP TO £3,000

Your new role
Our Client is looking to add an experienced Network / Server Support candidate to the established Team on site. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues is the priority. You will remain as the Customers point of contact throughout and maintain ownership of the issue to the point of resolution so Customer Service skills are key. The Client is prepared to offer candidates an annual Travel contribution of up to £3,000 to assist candidates who live far away.

What you'll need to succeed
Network / Server Support Candidates wishing to apply must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Previous experience of working on a busy Service Desk - working to SLA's
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers
- Working knowledge of Networks and WAN Technology
- Managing faults through their entire lifecycle
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Call logging of incidents and prioritising them
- CCNA ideally
- Microsoft skills, Server / Desktop knowledge

What you'll get in return
The client is willing to offer up to £30,000 for the right candidate and is prepared to offer up to £3,000 Per Year to assist with Travel Costs to and from Work.
