Your new role
This role has a focus on liaising with the IT Director in the USA, with a level of responsibility for the company's IT in the United Kingdom. Day to day work would involve, but not be exclusive to:

• Providing technical support or training for systems and networks
• Installing and configuring software and hardware
• Monitoring system and network performances
• Performing troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have:

• Proven (2-3 years) experience as an IT Helpdesk or similar role
• G-Suite / MS365 / Ring central / Dropbox / Slack
• Experience in ticketing systems
• Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN
• Experience in security systems and IP cameras/NVR/DVR/NEST
• Cisco / Meraki
