What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have had prior experience working within the NHS or in an administrative role. You will be a conscientious worker who has great written and verbal communication skills, your IT skills will also be of a high level and you will be someone who thrives when working in a fast-paced environment.You will be someone who has great attention to detail; someone who is efficient and able to prioritise your workload effectively. Within this job role you will be aware of the importance of confidentiality, possess a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. You will be someone who takes to instructions well and follows processes when asked to. If you have experience within the NHS then this will put you at an advantage.
