Your new company
Is on a very steady path of growth and are looking to expand the team with another confident, motivated Administrator.

Your new role
Will be to assist the team with a variety of administrative duties. You will be answering the phone and dealing with customer queries, taking messages and forwarding calls to the relevant departments. You will be assisting the finance team with any invoice queries, purchase orders and missing information needed. You will be maintaining and updating information on the systems and supporting the online team with all job cards and stock information. You will assist with any ad hoc duties needed also

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in an administrative role, with experience in talking to customers and clients on the phone and by email. You will need to be confident and well communicated, able to assist customers with queries. You will need to be eager to learn and help out with a range of administrative duties. You will need to be IT proficient and able to learn new systems.
