Your new role
You'll be part of a 24/7 SOC team, responsible for various security operations that service both customer accounts and internal system. If you're seeking an opportunity to get in on the front-line of incident response, attacker monitoring, threat and vulnerability management whilst escalating and prioritising alerts then this is an opportunity you should be applying for.
The team is small, operating efficiently in an inclusive and supportive environment, offering plenty of training, introductions to the latest technologies such as, enterprise level SIEM vendors such as Splunk and ArcSight.
This role would be a great fit for L1/L2 level analyst seeking an opportunity to work with a fun, diverse and results driven team, who have an agnostic approach to technology and are advocates of flexible working.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you'll have some experience working within a security operating centre, however professionals with experience in a security analyst focused role, with hands on technical skills and knowledge, will also be considered.
You'll need knowledge of firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, antivirus, endpoint security and SIEM tools such Splunk or ArcSight also with experience monitoring, identifying threats, vulnerabilities and responding to security incidents, alerts and or breaches. Also, you'll need to be able to attain a high level of security clearance is essential.
